Pecos River Village Conference Center 711 Muscatel Ave, Carlsbad, NM 88220 All events will take place at this location. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. Doors open at 1:30 PM. Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for seating. Kindly RSVP by May 1st, 2026. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate guests who have not responded by the deadline. Attendance is limited to those listed on the invitation. Guests not included on the RSVP list or without prior approval from the bride and groom will not be admitted. Guests listed under the same RSVP must arrive together. Separate entry will not be permitted. Ceremony

Attire: Formal
The ceremony will be held indoors. Doors open at 1:30 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. For the comfort and security of our guests, invitations will be required for entry, so please have yours available upon arrival. We kindly ask that you join us in an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and put away all phones and devices so our professional photographers can capture every moment.

2:30 PM–4:00 PM

Social Hour

Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Please relax and enjoy time with family and friends while the wedding party takes photos.

4:00 PM–10:00 PM

Reception

Dinner will be served at 4:30 PM. A bar will be available for purchase (cash and card accepted). Dancing to follow. We kindly ask all guests to celebrate respectfully so everyone can enjoy the evening. Send off will be at 10:00 PM.
